Can I cancel or change my order?
You can cancel or change your order as long as we have not started the production process. All you need to do is follow the link in your confirmation email to "review order" and then choose "cancel." If the order is already in production, you can contact customer service directly to make an ATTEMPT to stop and cancel the order.
