Frequently Asked Questions
How is my price composed?
Your price is generated from three different components: the product price of the product, the price of the print and the TeamShirts bulk discount. You can actively influence all three areas in order to receive the best possible price.
The base price shows the cost for the bare product (ex. the shirt without any prints on it). You can find the base price on the individual product pages. If you want to save on base price, we recommend checking out our least expensive products (shirt by B&C or the Unisex hoodie). The volume discount affects the base price: The more you order, the more it will be reduced.
Print price: All our products are hand printed so every single print increases our work load. That is why we charge a flat price per print area. For the first area, we bill $7.50, every other print area (ie. Back, sleeves or hood) will be $7.50. This also means that if you can limit your design activity to one area, you will save on costs!
Bulk discount: If you order more than six items to start with, you will save on every single item you add to the cart. It does not matter if these products differ from each other: The discount is applied on sheer numbers. The discount starts with 10% off for 6 items, 18 items will save you 40% and if your team needs 100 products or more, you will receive a price reduction of 60%. For more details about the numbers please visit our individual product pages or the Designer.
Standard shipping is free of charge, regardless of the country of delivery. In case we need to adjust your graphic file upon consultation with you, this will be free of charge as well. There won’t be any hidden costs either.
