TeamShirts Price Match Guarantee

1. The product from our competitors (i.e., T-Shirts, Hoodies, Jerseys, etc.) MUST be the exact brand, make, and color as the TeamShirts product.

For example, this qualifies for our Price Match Guarantee: white Gildan Ultra Cotton T-Shirt from CustomInk vs. white Gildan Ultra Cotton T-Shirt from TeamShirts.

However, this does not qualify for our Price Match Guarantee: white Gildan 100% Cotton Lightweight T-Shirt from Rushordertees vs. white Gildan Ultra Cotton T-Shirt from TeamShirts.

1. The number of print areas (i.e., front, back, pocket, sleeve, etc.) must be the same.
2. The number of colors in the print must be the same. At TeamShirts, we don’t make much of a fuss over how many colors you want to print. Our competitors, however, seem to care quite a bit. That’s why most of them charge extra for each additional color (over 3 or 4) for any print area. This is just another reason why working with TeamShirts is already more affordable and, let’s be honest, also easier!
3. The type of print technology used (i.e., screen print, digital direct print, flex print, etc.) must be the same. If you’re unsure about this, contact us and we will be happy to explain the differences. TeamShirts makes a point to always use the best technology for the order in relation to cost.
4. The TOTAL number of ordered items must be the same. Here is where TeamShirts is also outperforming our competition. Unlike our competitors, our bulk discounts start kicking in based on the total number of items in your cart, not just the number of a single printed product ordered. This means you can enjoy our bulk discounts, starting at just 6 items, split between as many products or prints as you want! Want to order 6 different T-Shirts with 6 different prints on them? No problem, bulk discount! Need only 3 T-Shirts and 3 Hoodies with personalized names on each? No problem, bulk discount!
5. Shipping costs are NOT included in the Price Match Guarantee. Our standard shipping is free anyway … so it doesn’t get any cheaper than that!
6. The quote from our competitor cannot be more than 14 days old.
7. Price Match Guarantee is not retroactive and will not be honored for a past order. For example, if you have already ordered, paid, and your order is already in production, then no credit or money back will be given. Price Match Guarantee only applies to orders BEFORE production has begun. If you’re unsure if production has already started on your order, just contact us and we’ll let you know!
8. Price Match Guarantee is not available on clearance, sale, or out-of-stock items.
9. Price Match Guarantee is not redeemable during the week of Thanksgiving through the Monday following Thanksgiving. This time is crazy enough for all of us. No reason to bring more stress into the holiday season.
10. Price Match Guarantee does not cover pricing available only to select groups of customers (i.e., membership discounts, loyalty offers, newsletter coupons, etc.) The price MUST be available to any and all customers at the time of purchase.
