When can I expect my order?

Our shipping calculator will give you an estimate of when to expect your order depending on where in the United States we’re shipping to. Simply enter your information including intended order date and desired shipping method into the calculator.<br/><br/>We offer tracking on standard and express shipping and guarantee delivery dates for express shipping within the continental United States. How much does shipping cost?

We are committed to providing the best possible delivery times & prices for your custom products at TeamShirts. Standard shipping is free on all orders- no minimums. For express shipping costs refer to the below table. Please note that express shipping is only possible within the continental United States and tracking is available for all methods of shipping. What happens after I have placed my order?

To make sure that your team receives top-grade products we review every order before putting them to print. We confirm that graphics have the right quality and resolution and then choose a suitable printing method. We will only make changes upon consultation with you. We recommend providing your telephone number when placing your order, or otherwise continue checking your email for updates.

How to benefit from a volume discount?

You will receive a volume discount on orders of 6 or more items, regardless of whether these items are identical or different. You could order, for example, a mixture of T-shirts and polo shirts. You can also use different prints. The following discount scale applies:

How is my price composed?

Your price is generated from three different components: the product price of the product, the price of the print and the TeamShirts bulk discount. You can actively influence all three areas in order to receive the best possible price.

Can I get a sample?

Sure. You can get (unprinted) samples in the sizes you need. Get in touch with our customer service for more information () or just send us an Email ().

What do I do if I have a design suggestion or question?

Please let us know if there’s problem and we’ll help you fix the issue as quickly as possible. We can answer all your questions regarding product sizes, design formats and print methods.

How do I make a printable vector graphics file?

Vector graphics consist of lines, circles and curves, which means that enlarging or decreasing their size can be carried out without quality loss. Several software programs help you create vector graphics, e.g. Corel Draw, Adobe Illustrator or Inkscape. <br/>Please be sure to heed the advice below when creating them. Once you’ve uploaded your design, we will run an automatic check to see whether it meets our criteria. We may need to make minor changes. For example, we adjust parts of the design which are too small to print on a T-shirt. In case automatic changes aren’t possible, it will be pointed out when uploading. That’s not a problem, though. In this case, please refer your Design ID to our Customer Service. <br/>Our graphic designers make your designs fit for free.

Which printing methods do we use?

In order to achieve the best possible results in terms of printing quality, we select the most suitable printing technique according to the selected designs and products. Manually configurating your printing technique is therefore not part of the creation process. We however welcome all your enquiries and requests regarding techniques to be used. Should you rather have your products printed in a certain way, please inform our customer service ( or 1-833-395-0374).

Returns - what are the conditions?

Should you not be completely happy with your purchase (for example, due to a flaw in the print), then we’ll be glad to take it back and reimburse you or send you a new item.

Can I get a non-binding quote?

Yes, we’ll be glad to provide an offer for you. Please write us an email (info@teamshirts.com) and detail your designs or ideas for designs. You can also use our inquiry form. We’ll provide you with an offer in 1-2 business days max.

Can I cancel or change my order?

You can always cancel your order as long as we have not started to process it. Follow this link in the order confirmation to get to the overview. Important: If the order status is “pending” or “new”, you can still easily cancel the order.

US Sales Tax

Changes in state tax regulations and sales tax status of Spreadshirt Inc. will result in an increase in total price for products delivered to certain states. Orders will be charged sales tax based on the shipping destination of the order and the respective state’s sales tax. During the checkout, once the shipping address is entered and you proceed to payment, you will see the Sales Tax adjusted according to the shipping destination.
